Against every chart, answer three questions in writing:
- Who looks at this, and on what day?
- What decision changes based on it?
- What would they do if it were missing?
The rule
Delete or hide every chart that fails question two. Keep the list of what you removed.
How to tell it worked
Wait two weeks. Count how many people asked for something back. That number — usually zero — is the most useful measurement you will take this quarter.
